Lily Joslin is an Education Program Assistant with the Oregon State University Extension Service in the Family & Community Health, SNAP-Ed and SNAP Outreach programs. She has spent the last decade involved in food security work, and is passionate about promoting equitable access to healthy, nourishing food.
